2) Membership
Only the individuals who legally reside in China could use this service.
3) Teacher's duty
a.The student/company/school should prepay lesson fee to Languageteaching, and Languageteaching will pay the teacher after the lessons. There are the price difference between Languageteaching lesson rate and the teacher's lesson rate, therefore, the teacher should not let the student know their own price. If the student and the teacher meet the first time and both agree to continue the lesson, the student should sign the contract with Languageteaching, the teacher should not continue to have the second lesson with the student who has not signed the contract with Languageteaching.

b.You are obligated to legally treat students or potential students. You should behave in a good manner, be punctual with students, strictly follow the agreement you committed with the students and our services.
4) Use at your own risk
Your use of languageteaching.com.cn service is at your own risk. Neither Beijing Lian Bo Yong Tong Technology Co.,Ltd. , nor any of its representatives, licensors, agents, affiliates, divisions or subsidaries shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, punitive, special, consequential, incidental or similiar damages arising out of your use of or access, or your inability to use or access the service and the sites and the information available on the service and the sites or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any information available on the service and the sites.
